Kanye West is set to debut his new short film “Cruel Summer” May 23rd at the Cannes festival this year. The movie is said to be inspired by the upcoming G.O.O.D. Music compilation album which will also be titled “Cruel Summer” Kanye is also will be using the 7 screen format that he had tweeted about earlier this year.
